You have no idea about true poverty ! I built a primary school in Africa over the last 7 years. ( out of my £60k gross salary) - hopefully helping to educate children and overcome true poverty - (lack of one of the 3 life needs : food, clothing and shelter ) STOP handing out our workers tax to support anyone with more than 2 kids - they do not need or deserve it. They are not in poverty - they already have food, clothing and shelter and a heck of a lot more !

Consumer awareness of the dangers of alcohol remains low, in spite of the International Agency for Research on Cancer categorising it as a Group One carcinogen, in the same category as tobacco, radiation and asbestos.

Alcohelp has been researching the diagnoses of ADHD & FASD. Although the symptoms are very similar, if prenatal alcohol exposure cannot be confirmed then the default diagnosis is ADHD
The important factors here:
ADHD is a genetic condition.
FASD is a brain injury caused by alcohol exposure in pregnancy.
