Positive growth forecasts for 2025 and more so than ever aviation companies to anticipate and prepare for this growth. Check out how Prime europa https://t.co/M7bYb3RPGz can support this journey. https://t.co/V3oeLN3bz8 @GateGourmet@British_Airways@qatarairways@emirates
What is interesting is that the scam scams tourists, particularly those at the airport leaving. There are no re-turn machines airside and the only way is to crawl back to WH Smiths with your empties and haggle for a refund. Most tourists are shocked at the scam tax and the money they gets recycled for free is astounding. I love the constant justification of this but the system is fully loaded and rigged and I'm delighted I always bring my bottle with me and fill up in the airport. What's incredible is that wave upon wave of scamming is rammed onto the public and they never complain.
@Rainmaker1973 As an Irishman who's forefathers suffered under the ruling gentry in Ireland, from famine to beatings, this is why the Vietnamese could never be defeated, it's engraved on their hearts to defeat the colonial powers.
Interesting that the data integrity is not questioned. From 2019 to 2020 this data to the point of lockdown needs to be treated as a seperate table. All of COVID data is unreliable as the country was on lockdown and business shut, furlough etc. So integrity of data, questionable. Finally data from 2022 to 2024 needs to have categories of nationals employed, as this is the only true metric to validate the headline. This seems so questionable and biased and it's more a political loaded headline than a pure statistical headline. Stats are meant to be non political in nature and data integrity and analysis stated. So in essence, not reliable. Reject.
In all this scramble to rescue these folks, has anyone considered the safety of all the rescuers and the costs? Hmmm. First the safety of the aircrew flying the mission, then the ground staff receiving, from the pax to the bags, then the cleaners, then any medical staff...it goes on. WHO where are you in all this, coordinating and berating countries who do not pay subscriptions. Ireland on the other hand, will be a disaster zone with the medical practice..watch this spread
That's the price to pay to make every cultural experience, even the humble cup of coffee, like Disneyland. Thank goodness that in European countries like Spain and Portugal we have a coffee culture, where you can sit in world class cafes and have a coffee in a porcelain cup, for less than 1 euro. No packed muffins, lemon drizzle cake or carrot cake or a menu laced with syrup shots. Real, authentic, cultural and sociable, and so flipping affordable.
@redpillb0t Is this the same thinking in it's illegal to fetch fire wood, turn on your central heating and put salt on frozen steps to stop global warming. As a nation, Germany certainly leads the way in kill switches.
Republic of Ireland hospitality and the myth of cead mile failte died with the Celtic Tiger. Most hotels in Ireland are probably 2 star from a comparison with European hotels, except for the chains which have standards and relative consistency. I by principle will avoid staying in a hotel in the reput, simply for price and quality perspective. Have stayed in Northern Ireland considerably since COVID and the level of service and hygiene is far superior to the republic. It's now in the history books the cead mile failte and when you look at the pubs and restaurants and coffee shops, it's all substandard compared to the class hospitality experience you can get at a fraction of price in Spain, Portugal and Italy.
@simongerman600 What community!!!! For a country that can't build a hospital, 21st century and 1st world community living and planning is like Ireland putting a man on the moon. There is no willingness, just cronys and corruption. Change that and maybe , just maybe this notion may become real.
