@brassoteach Change the whole term so it’s January to Christmas. Have no holidays penned in but teachers and children have the same holiday allowance as they have now and have to take them. Teachers have to forward plan when they take their holidays well in advance.

Not fully funded.

Less than fire service, doctors, railway workers and the offer to teachers in Wales and Scotland.

That’s how little they value education.

1,265 is not the total number of hours teachers work per year. It’s the total number of hours they can be told *where* to work.

If teachers only did those hours, the school system would collapse.
