@TexasCoachMike Hi Mike, big fan of your content. I've been following for some time and just discovered your YouTube channel. Some of those videos are a few years old and wondered if you still utilize the same activities/ideas, or if you've evolved things over time. Thanks for all that you post.

@SenorBobby9 @FCDrewCampbell But that's on the coach to determine in the moment. If he had 7, I'd suggest a 2v2+3 where there's a 2v2+1 in the middle and the players are still in the outside roles. If he had 5 players, I'd suggest a coach take an outside role and allow it to be 2v2+2 still.

@SenorBobby9 @FCDrewCampbell It definitely depends. I think the biggest thing to consider is how many times the players in the middle are getting on the ball. In this short clip, it's hard to know whether 3v3 is efficient enough for the players inside. I've played this game 2v2 inside and it's worked well.

@SenorBobby9 @FCDrewCampbell Their activity has 6 players. I think the suggestion is instead of playing 3v3 in the middle, to go 2v2+2 and have the players be the neutrals on the outside instead of the coaches to try and maximize the touches for each player.

Grealish is such a foul-baiter it's insane. He runs right at the defender and never even tries to get out of the way. He knocks the ball out of his feet to try and sell the fact that he's getting around but has no chance to get to the ball first.

The US soccer public will never raise their tactical understanding of the game until US commentators and "pundits" can actually talk about what ARG is doing to FRA without using phrases like "keep pounding".

American commentators are so stats-oriented it’s grating to listen to. John Strong just can’t help but throw in meaningless stats every other sentence. Like man, stop saying numbers and describe the game.
