I tried Kimi K3 in several scenarios vs GPT 5.6 and it failed in every single one:
* Slower and more expensive than Terra
* Doesn't follow strict JSON structures in prompts
* Times-out if task >10min (in the API)
* LOTS of hallucinations while parsing big context

It's a smart model, but it isn't smarter, faster or cheaper than GPT 5.6. No scenario where it wins vs GPT 5.6, much less Fable/Opus 5.
