@ChrisGPackham The confusion comes from the meaning of supplier. They aren't who extracts coal, oil and natural gas and making a killing these days. Once fuels have turned into electricity in power plants, that's what suppliers sell consumers. That price is capped, whereas fuel prices aren't.
