BREAKING: Wayne was arrested at the Mass Open Rescue of Beagles at Ridglan after taking Dogs Out of the facility.
TAKE ACTION: We need your help! Call (608) 266-4948 and ask the police to enforce the law and rescue the dogs at Ridglan (10489 W Blue Mounds Rd).
@ASPCA please do not endorse companies that allow 10% of their babies to die at 5 weeks of age or to be scalded alive, which is exactly what happens at Petaluma Poultry. This is not what "shopping with your heart" looks like.
@Sarah_Stierch@SonomaValleySun The only facilities that would be substantially harmed are ones that systematically harm animals, or majorly pollute the water. Only 21 facilities will be affected out of over 700 animal farms in Sonoma County, and many can just scale down a bit and they'll be fine.
@millerandlux It's disgusting and heartbreaking what they do to the birds at Petaluma Poultry. Tyler Florence and Miller and Lux--please do the right thing and cut ties with this company.

@TylerFlorence please stop supporting Petaluma Poultry where animal cruelty and disease are rampant. It's not a good look for you to be supporting this exploitative company and it's not right to let this cruelty go unchecked.
@Safeway@MrBeast@Safeway Please cut ties with Petaluma Poultry for the abusive conditions they keep birds in and for prosecuting people who try to help sick birds that they neglected.
"Rosenberg, the co-sponsor of the resolution, faces three misdemeanors, four counts of felony conspiracy and potentially more than 13 years in jail after performing an “open rescue” at Perdue’s Petaluma Poultry facility.
Since December, she has been required by the court to wear a GPS ankle monitor.
“I witnessed horrific criminal animal cruelty,” Rosenberg said in an email. “I saw deceased chickens amongst the living, chickens too debilitated to get to food and water, and records that showed more than 10% of the chickens in one barn died in a span of 5 weeks.”"

CONVERGENCE IS STILL HAPPENING! We don't consider this a win because we refuse to let Ridglan Farms get away with the criminal animal cruelty that they are inflicting on dogs every day and the cover-up that the Dane County's DA is providing to them. So that's why now more than ever we ARE STILL MOBILIZING activists to Madison to speak up for Anna, Lucy, Julie, and all the victims of Ridglan Farms. This convergence will help us to keep the momentum going so please come if you can. Dates are still March 18-24th.
UC Berkeley student Zoe Rosenberg, a Direct Action Everywhere, or DxE, investigator, is facing five felony counts and three misdemeanors for the removal of four chickens from Perdue’s Petaluma Poultry farms in Sonoma County this past June

It’s time that you finally #ProsecuteThis criminal animal cruelty happening in your county. @SonomaCoDA (Make your own post at https://t.co/AlJMeJWu3F)
JAILED! We are outraged that animal rescuer Wayne Hsiung was cuffed and taken into custody after being convicted of felony conspiracy and two counts of misdemeanor trespass for helping animals facing criminal abuse. He has a sentencing hearing set for November 30th. He will be in jail until then, without bail. We will be mobilizing at the sentencing hearing on November 30th to support Wayne and defend the #RightToRescue. Please join us.
@DxEverywhere It's great to hear respectable outside sources weigh in on this trial. Affirms I'm not crazy for thinking something is wrong with this gag order.
