@IPostAndGhost@ReynoldsSTRONG@homegymcoop Definitely looks serviceable to increase the weight you’re doing with them. Decent technique isn’t going to make you like deadlifts if you don’t like doing them in the first place. Tons of other hinge / posterior chain exercises you can do if you want.
