@RWilder79@ScottPresler I'm interested in seeing what this new agreement changes about the old one. It sounds like more "wiggle room" to do things but we'll know once we see the text.
Is anyone else having trouble with @typelessdotcom on MacOS 27 where Typeless pops up the Typeless screen when you start typing in Siri? I can't seem to use Typeless to dictate because of the popup and I keep getting "bugged" by it when I try to type in Siri.
@AutismCapital At this point, it seems like all the features in a cell phone that everybody wants to use are already there. Anything you add is for the 1%. I just hope it's for the right 1% (me, I mean).
That is the estimate from NTUF. But it is only the cost side. Itโs only half of a complex situation. What are the numbers for the other side of that, like what does it do for/to the producers and revenue and leverage? What are your numbers for what retaliation does to Kansas ag exports?
@grok Thanks for the pointer. I checked it out. the video still has all the "dirt" on the image from dust and lint. It also needs to have some serious color correction done. I noticed that the sound can also be improved. Can you do me the first 10 seconds of the video in a crystal clear, color-corrected, cleaned-up version with cleaned up sound?
GrokBot was having trouble running AppleScript and controlling Apple apps. Hereโs what I finally got to work for me:
1. In GrokBot, I asked it to install the Grok CLI on my Mac so we could control AppleScript and other Mac apps that way. GrokBot brought up a browser window with the Grok CLI login. I started Terminal and ran `grok`. It showed a key number that matched the one in the browser. In the browser I clicked Continue. Then I closed that browser tab and closed the Terminal window.
2. Now when I ask GrokBot to control Numbers, Mail, or other scriptable Mac apps, it can use the Grok CLI.
Note: Iโm using SSH to have GrokBot control my Mac. The first time GrokBot did the access, I had to click Allow on an `sshd-keygen-wrapper` permission on the Mac.
Thanks @GrokBot for helping me write this.
This seems cool.
I'd really like something like Hermes, that can use any of them. Then I'd like Hermes to take on the GrokBot thing where it can also have the shared memory and conversations and control between them.
It's probably something that the "big guys" are working on, too.
So I found out the hard way, because I ran out of my limit on Grokbot, that Grokbot and Grok coding uses different limits.
What I plan to do is have something that needs to run really heavy in the background. I'll have Grokbot set up something so that the Grok coding tool can run that in the background and use that limit, while I can keep Grokbot doing all the little tasks that I like to do.
Don't know if it'll work, but basically I have two limits, so why not do it, right?
@X_oppfinder@BrianRoemmele I havenโt figured out a live interaction. That would be cool. My โinteractionโ has been to have Claude Code and Grok Build create a kind of โinboxโ in my repo. I tell them to leave messages for each other there. Grok Bot can also check that. Itโs cumbersome.
