@SouthwestAir I understand you can’t control the situation at Hobby. But you can control how passengers are treated. 75% of the passengers got to get off and get food. While the rest of us didn’t including your crew.

@SouthwestAir we are flying from NY to Houston. Get diverted to Corpus because of issues with Hobby. 3/4 of the passengers were allowed to disembark to get food. The other 1/4 got stuck inside plane. Totally unprofessional!!!!
