The West Bank is extremely occupied and intertwined with settler colonies in the middle of the West Bank restricting the movements of Palestinians. Gaza on the other hand is basically an open air prison.

You will always have factions and need support to advance your causes. 217 members need to agree with you in the house and 50-60 in the senate. Anything else you do is meaningless other than advocating for state and local leaders to do more.

@lyajohan @JamesSurowiecki You increase voter participation which increases the mandate that the elected official has more buy in. Voter turnout matters more in a democracy than speed. Historically we have never counted the way Florida does now.
