Just had an incredibly frustrating experience with #Imagica's Novotel booking.
Not only was the process convoluted and time-consuming, but the customer service was unhelpful & unresponsive. Will not be using this service again & will request my friends the same.

@BpclPune Now today there said your waiting number was same as other customer and we have allocated the collection to some one else who has put forward the request 2 days back. I request @BpclPune to resolve my issue asap

@BpclPune I have applied for new Gas connection on 2nd of April @BpclPune Dapodi.
They have promised to get it fixed within one week, after multiple follow up , there is no response. The complain number published on there board "Named Mr. Ashish mob no. 9039074740, don't respond.
