This is why I volunteer to protect and save a native species from regional/national extinction. Hopefully these four kittens will help in a successful red squirrel breeding season this year (🤞)

It comes after @bt_uk, @PapaJohnsUK & other firms put up nets to stop endangered kittiwakes nesting on their buildings in Lowestoft.

Spotted an unexpected animal on my walk out today.... Perhaps an endangered species on the Isle of Man ? 😂 (note : they do make an excellent alarm system)

As I tweet, @networkrail are destroying trees and vital habitat along The Holkham CH35NE line. Residents have evidence of slow worms (endangered sp.) and badgers (protected sp.) and nesting birds living there.

My first ever trip to Ripple GPs was ruined by an out of control spaniel swimming out to the island and eating a Great Crested Grebe nest. This shows how destructive dogs are to our wild birds and even island nesters are not safe. @WorcsBirding @RareBirdAlertUK @BirdGuides
