Cyclists aren’t the ‘scourge of the streets’. They are mothers, fathers, grandparents and children all doing their bit to make Britain a healthier, greener and more liveable place.

Evan would like to thank his hero @MarkCavendish and @petatodd for making his dream come true! The experience they have just given him will last a life time- I don’t know what to say ... THANK YOU!
Instagram is down. The influencers panic. Their power is waning. Smashed avocado on sourdough doesn't seem so appetising in this cruel, filterless world. They cling to their hair vitamins, screaming 'hashtag blessed'. Even detox tea can't save them now. #instagramdown
@DSS123 That said, even the 30 deg on Saturday for my long run was haaaarrd. And I’ve done a lot of Saturday long runs! And in hot weather over the years, but it popping out of nowhere for the first time in a while did make me go “oh yeah, I gotta be a lot steadier here🥵”
@DSS123 Completely agree with this point. I’d be interested in the average finishing times over the years. Guess there’d be a lot of people in the closer to cut off bucket rather than pushing for times.
We're blessed to be able to watch these two race. 🙏
@SebastianKienle gets into T2 and gets a piece of glass removed from his foot. @janfrodeno sees the medical team and instead of storming off, goes to check on Sebi. #IMEUChamps

My father died yesterday. My sister found this instruction in his notebook. His writing is shaky as he had Parkinson’s and had also lost his sight. But he was strong-minded and a fierce intellect to the end. Ok dad - I will go for it every day.
If I were racing IM Weymouth, I would DEFINITELY have put extra clothing on for the bike. But I only know this because I DNF'd in a very cold race once when I raced in just a tri suit. Sometimes direct experience is the best teacher. If you DNF'd don't dwell on it. Learn from it.
