I successfully pushed my natural wake up time to be 2hours earlier! This was a challenging process but I found learning about behaviour change to be really interesting.

After struggling with my sleep routine behaviour change lately, I tried to find some research that would help. I found that 8 times out of 10 you are more likely to fall back on old habits. So if you’re own track you’re really beating the odds! (1/2)

After learning more about the ‘Stages of Change Theory’ I’ve realised I keep trying to rush into the action stage straight away, without any preparation. I’m going to focus over the next few days on setting myself up for success the night before!!
#Mark320 I’ve been chugging SO MUCH water non stop the last week and haven’t noticed many benefits (just excessive peeing 😅). I’m considering swapping my behaviour change to waking up earlier, something I’ve struggled with lately, how’s everyone else going on their journey?
#mark320 Been struggling the last few days and finding it hard to motivate myself to get out of bed when I have no commitments or reasons. Instead of pushing myself I’m going to try increase my alarm 20mins earlier each morning this week! Wish me luck ☺️

Yesterday morning was so great! I watched the sunrise and went for a swim (which was so icy) but today I had nothing on so I’ve slept in pretty late, consistency is hard 😅
