@EastMidRailway please can you ask the train manager to switch the heating off on the 1616 STP to Corby train. No member of staff has come down the train & I feel very faint & unwell.

The closure is a direct result of VAT, business rate NI

@EastMidRailway I’m back in the 1705, same issues as reported 2 weeks ago. Nearly every standard seat reserved. Again there is no where to sit (and I arrived in good time). How about a carriage reserved for season ticket holders?

@EastMidRailway I’m on the 1705 from STP today. Nearly every single standard class seat is reserved. I’m a commuter and pay £804 pcm + car parking at the station and think I deserve a seat too. Why not limit seat reservations so regulars can sit down?

@EastMidRailway Carriage h is first class. D was unreserved I agree when I checked but on 10 coach train with 7 standard coaches I don’t think 1 unreserved carriage is enough (and it’s a smaller carriage as it has the buffet car).

@EastMidRailway absolute chaos today isn’t it? Currently freezing on Kettering platform for the past 30 mins and now told we can’t get on the train as it’s full. Remind me why I do this? #seasonticket

@rossmckinley @EastMidRailway I’ve put in a claim for that too. No response yet. STP is being managed by @theSESGROUP contractors not EMR, they are belligerent and unhelpful, I had the same problem last night being held behind a barrier. I got through when he turned his back and made a run for it.

So this happens daily on St George’s St W1 and we have to move bikes. Please resolve. It’s madness to just dump so many on one corner of the street.
