@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice @One4allGiftUK However I'm not sure RoyalMail can justify selling me Special Delivery just in case someone steals the contents along the way? perhaps it’s a new sales slogan. “Send via Special Delivery just in case one of our staff steal your stuff" 9/9

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice @One4allGiftUK I called the postoffice customer service no and there isn't an option for discussing a purchase. Of course, people will say I should have sent via Special Delivery etc, and if the items had failed to arrive then that’s a valid point 8/9

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice @One4allGiftUK I checked and apparently I am only entitled to 6 x 1st class stamps. I spoke with the actual post office to see if they could give me details of the cards I bought so I could cancel / track but was told “we can’t help” 7/9

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice @One4allGiftUK Of course I can't say who but given that between me dropping the envelope in the postbox and it arriving at my mum’s it’s been entirely in the RoyalMails hands. The thankyou card is there, undamaged, someone has stolen everything else 6/9

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice @One4allGiftUK The thankyou card was still present but the gift cards and receipts had gone. The gift cards have been stolen somewhere between me dropping it in the post box and it arriving at my mums. 5/9

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice @One4allGiftUK My mum called today to say the envelope has arrived in a clear plastic bag saying it had “been damaged”. However its clear that its not been damaged but actually neatly slit open on the side of the envelope. 4/9

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice @One4allGiftUK I wanted 2 express my thanks and how much I appreciated everything. I included the receipts and giftcards in envelope with the card and I put 3 x 1st class stamps (just in case!) and dropped into the postbox in the post office 3/9
