@TUIUK today is the deadline by which you published I would have my refund for my cancelled holiday and your rather abrupt colleague just told me I have to wait for a call until at least the end of the week. Apparently she has no supervisor to whom she could refer my complaint.
@easyJet please help me. The vouchers I accepted in place of cash refunds aren't being accepted on your website. I've spent five hours in telephone queues trying to get help from you. I want to book three flights and can't because I can't get through to you. Please help me ASAP.
@easyJet I've been calling your call centre for 5 hours across the last 4 days and can't get through to anyone any time I call. Please send me a cash refund instead as my voucher won't work and I can't speak to anyone to sort it. I'm happy to send you my details via DM.
