told my boyfriend that spider-man does a good job showing you who can handle rejection and who can’t. in the theater, a few guys outrightly said “you dey go nau” when MJ came on screen after she told peter she didn’t love him because she didn’t know him (1/2)
As a small babe myself, I can't stand the way that particular influencer seems to cosplay a caricature of petite women.
Every two seconds "I'm so smol, you are so big"
We cook without asking for money, plan dates, turn up at your place without begging for uber money, gift you occasional but guess who men choose? snapchat and insta baddies😂
“she’s literally shown me she’s worthy to be my girl” and that really flew out of his mouth with a straight face… kc you are not ANYBODY’S prize #loveislandusa
Lol. What a joker of a man. Lemme hear word jare. Go and date people your own age/station who don't need you for your money, who see you and who you see as a whole being.
The fact that her parents and siblings ask her for money and are if not surprised, but unhappy enough to call her stingy when she doesnt give, kinda makes me wonder if she was truly "raised" that way
@OsasOkonyon That's scapegoating her for the way she was raised, she kuku said she never cared when people called her that and only cared when her boyfriend did. It doesn't matter what any of us think, she is obviously making the changes by setting aside money for such emergencies.
@OsasOkonyon She doesn't have to mention that. We are nitpicking so that we can make her a villain, she may be simple enough not to believe him based on how she would have reacted when broke.
That's what you're doing too, you're centering your perception of her based on how you would react.
great example of how our money archetypes show up in relationships. She's an Accumulator (I don't think she's stingy, she has a "money story" that could do with some unpacking). he's likely a Nurturer or Connector (I like that he's not dismissing his concerns)
It's figureoutable
