@FannyFracker@bhx_official How about , apologising for delays, explaining what was going on, fast tracking people whose flights were boarding and asking if anyone needed assistance, answering people's .... enough for you. I can suggest more for you if you really need them?
@bhx_official total disgrace. Stood in Q not moved for 30 mins already to just get into departures. No signage, no mention at checkin, no email ahead of travel. No access to toilets or food now - total shambles with your staff saying 'it's a construction site what do you expect?
@tescomobile please can you change your in store opening signs to closing at 6.50pm not 7pm. Came all the way to store tonight to get some AirPods. But sorry they had closed early. Rubbish customer service. I made a special trip. 7pm is 7pm. Not 6.50pm.
@JamesTCobbler it's only a small thing but 3.47pm is not 4pm for closing the Asda Gloucester branch. Just drove all across town to drop something in and the guy was literally walking away and had set the alarm. Surely that's not the right thing to do ?
@worktopexpress 30mins drive in a busy Saturday afternoon to find your Gloucester store closed despite checking online in the morning for opening times and clearly stated on the door. Really really annoying
@GWRHelp I beg to differ...... 7.05 from Gloucester to Paddington. A 10 carriage train was replaced with a 5 carriage. All reservations abandoned and people standing before Swindon. My company paid an extortionate £205 for a reserved seat for me on a day return. Disgraceful.
@Glos_Swim another warm up underway. Good luck to Evie H and Mae Sounds so weird as we have an Evie and Mae at home! Our Evie retired from the pool about 7 years ago so she might have had a panic if I'd omitted the 'H'.
@manypets_uk I am appalled. My Labradors renewal premium has just come through. From £38 to £51 a month with no claims made. She is 5! This is not inflationary it's profiteering. How do I challenge this or complain? Or can you behave unethically because there is no ombudsman ?
@RichardGrahamUK thanks for your advocacy on the Aspire closure. Please do not let the harder task of the pools reopening be forgotten. The impact on @Glos_Swim is huge. My daughter has been in 5 different pools across 3 counties this week to train for national qualification.
