Have you clicked today? It only takes 5s and you help #Gaza and #Palestine since too many governments around the world have decided to cut fundings to UNRWA.

Further disruption to health services is imminent in #Gaza due to a severe lack of fuel.
Only 90,000L of fuel entered Gaza yesterday. The health sector alone needs 80,000L daily, forcing the @UN - incl. @WHO - and partners to make impossible choices.
More reports of appalling attacks on health care in #Sudan:
The only renal dialysis centre in El Fasher can no longer provide lifesaving services following an attack last Sunday. Approximately 90 patients who depended on the centre are in imminent jeopardy due to its closure.
Igra’a Specialized Hospital, the only healthcare facility in the northern part of El Fasher, came under an attack yesterday, which reportedly led to injuries and deaths.
Roro Hospital on the El Fasher-Tina road was burned down last week, leaving it non-functional and preventing people from accessing life-saving and essential services.
@WHO condemns these attacks in the strongest terms. We again call for the protection of health care.
Silence the guns. Sudan needs peace.
.@WHO and partners transferred 5 pediatric patients - four cancer patients and a patient with second degree burns - from Al-Ahli hospital yesterday to Nasser Medical Complex. They will continue receiving care there until the cancer patients are able to leave #Gaza for specialised care.
We also delivered medical supplies to cover the health needs of 20,000 patients at Al-Ahli and As-Sahaba hospitals along with 19000L of fuel. In addition, the rotation of 8 @PalestineRCS team members to southern Gaza, who were working in the north over the past few weeks, was also supported.
Over 10,000 people need medical evacuations outside #Gaza. We call for their sustained medical evacuation and timely passage via all possible routes.
Above all, the people in Gaza need peace. Ceasefire.
Yesterday, @WHO and partners evacuated two patients from Al-Ahli hospital in northern #Gaza:
-16 year old girl with upper limb injury
-32 year woman with spinal fracture
Both patients have congenital hearing loss. They will continue receiving care in European Gaza Hospital.
Al-Ahli hospital currently has a 100 bed capacity and is facing a huge challenge of exhausted and unpaid workforce since October. Specialised physicians remain in the hospital until 4pm. For the rest of day, only residents and trainees are providing care. The hospital needs orthopaedic, plastic, maxillofacial and neurosurgery specialists.
The hospital also lacks medical supplies, and fuel remains of concern to keep the generator going to provide electricity for essential services.
We continue to appeal for a ceasefire. People in Gaza have suffered too much.
I join @UN principals in calling for the immediate and unconditional release of all UN and humanitarian personnel held in #Yemen by the Houthi de facto authorities.
We ask the de facto authorities to confirm the exact whereabouts of those detained and the conditions in which they are being held, as well as for immediate access to them.
The targeting of humanitarian, human rights, and development workers in Yemen must stop.
A significant proportion of #Gaza’s population is facing catastrophic hunger and famine-like conditions.
Over 8,000 children under 5 years old have been diagnosed and treated for acute malnutrition, including 1,600 children with severe acute malnutrition.
Our inability to safely provide health services significantly increases the risks for malnourished children.
The best medicine would be peace.
It’s so good to see the hostages returned. A ceasefire would have gotten many more hostages back and no civilians and children killed. This siege is cruel and senseless. Grinding innocent human beings and their culture into blood soaked rubble and dust, to be buried and forgotten. 4 for 274 including kids. It’s a sinful equation that keeps repeating. #Artists4Ceasefire
A Israeli soldiers used a humanitarian aid truck & a civilian car to sneak into central Gaza & execute today's operation that butchered over 215 Gazans & released 4 hostages.
They then escaped through Biden's "humanitarian pier", knowing it won't be targeted by Hamas🧵
there have been two huge massacres!!! please help me fund the medical expenses to give life saving aid! we are 1000 away from our original goal of 10,000 but inshallah we can hit it and keep going!!
Benjamin Netanyahu is creating the worst humanitarian disaster in modern history.
Starvation. Destruction. Death.
We should not honor him with an invitation to address the United States Congress.
Children are starving in Gaza because of Netanyahu’s policies.
Netanyahu — the man Speaker Johnson has invited to address Congress.
Johnson should remember these children when he's enjoying fine steaks and lobsters at fundraising dinners with his billionaire friends.
Israel detained journalist Rasha Hirzallah yesterday. Over 50 Palestinian journalists in the West Bank remain detained. Total number detained since the beginning of the genocide is over 80.
The military incursion and increased hostilities in Rafah, including attacks on health care, have led to the closure of Al-Najar, Kuwait, and Al-Helal Al-Emirati hospitals — the three main hospitals in Rafah.
The United Arab Emirates field hospital in Rafah city is currently the only facility in the area providing health services. Due to the ongoing siege and hostilities in its vicinity, the field hospital is increasingly difficult to reach.
@WHO calls for the protection of health care, unimpeded access for humanitarian aid, and a ceasefire in Gaza
