@imaginecurve why am I getting no response to my card being blocked, all I get is someone will get back to me but they never do. Over a week now. In meantime im paying for my curve metal I cant use. Sold to lloyds took the money and run?!

@imaginecurve the curve app isn't opening fully and hasn't for a couple of weeks. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but no joy. I still get and can deal with authorisations ok. Help please

@AskVirginMoney Yes now understand telling me it was being updated was a lie so you lick my account and give me no way of contacting you? Now sorted via an unpleasant man with Scottish accent who wouldn't give me his name. Complaint filed which I will persue with banking ombudsman.
@AskVirginMoney haven't been able to connect to mobile banking since yesterday error ID 19f6b7 and money sent yesterday hasn't arrived. Need urgent help please
@VirginMoney I sent some money from my account this morning for foreign exchange and received a message saying it had been referred. 14 hours later still hasn't got there and can't log in to mobile banking because you are making some updates, the same message as I've had all day
