After completing their historic journey around the Moon on Friday, April 10 at 8:07pm ET, the @NASAArtemis II crew returned to Ellington Field, marking the final milestone of their mission. Teams across @NASA came together for this moment, supporting the crew as they transitioned from recovery operations to post‑flight evaluations and debriefs.
Their arrival closed out the first crewed Artemis mission and brought home the astronauts who helped pave the way for future lunar exploration. From launch to splashdown to the final touchdown in Houston, Artemis II represents a major step toward establishing a long‑term human presence on and around the Moon.
IKEA deployed an AI chatbot named Billy to handle level-one customer service inquiries. It reportedly resolved around 57% of those engagements without human escalation.

IKEA responded by spinning up a design consultancy, reskilling customer service employees powered by AI, and creating a new revenue stream that generated roughly €1 billion in new revenue in its 1st year.
