A big shout-out to Customer Service Assistant Evangelos Bozidis at Euston station. 👏

While carrying out his duties on the platform, he heard a passenger shouting for help and quickly realised their leg had become trapped in a train door.

Acting immediately, he stopped the dispatched train and safely released the passenger using the station's safety equipment.

Thanks to his quick thinking and decisive action, a potentially serious situation was brought to a safe conclusion.

Well done, Evangelos, and thank you for helping keep our customers safe. 💙
