The, I gotta get them to comply is bullshit. I’ve met a cop that said he never had to do any of that to arrest anyone.

If there’s equal protection under the law then we should all be able to get away with punching someone but we don’t so I guess equal protection under the law is a lie. Can’t have it both ways.
