I asked a bunch of product design teams around the world which independent brand designer/studio they look up to.
And in almost all cases they showed me their internal Slack threads raving about @thenickpattison's work.
So I asked Nick to show me how his $50,000 brand design sprint process works and took a bunch of notes:
1. Simplify the offering(s) to your clients
- Nick has only 1 offering for clients: a two week brand design sprint.
- Projects start on a Monday and end on Friday of the following week. 10 business days. All client projects strictly follow this timeline.
- No pricing tiers. Just one flat price: $50,000.
2. The work starts before the kickoff call
- Nick's team shows up to the first client call with mood boards already created.
- In Lovable's first meeting Nick pitched turning a heart on its side to make an L.
- That idea became @Lovable's logo.
3. Are you a one hit wonder or a legit artist?
- Nick designed Lovable's brand and collaborated with @nadonomy before it became a unicorn.
- Designing for Lovable put him on the map and made his studio legit. But he's not slowing down.
- "I gotta do five or six more Lovables so that everybody who comes to us believes that we're legit"

I went through 193 registrations for the free outreach workshop I ran yesterday.
121 run agencies doing 6-figures or more. For 89 of those 121, this was the biggest thing holding them back:
Pipeline.
That’s more than sales, scaling, positioning, and pricing combined.
The written answers sound the same:
“We’ve lived off referrals for years.”
“Most of our work comes from word of mouth.”
“It’s drying up.”
They treat referrals like a farm that runs on rainfall. Rain is great when it happens but you can’t schedule it. So the whole business rides on lucky—or unlucky—weather.
Most agency owners only send outreach when revenue dips. Then they stop when it spikes.
The fix is boring math. Send 10 outreach messages a day. If you spend 6 minutes on each, that’s only an hour/day. That’s 2,000 inboxes you can find yourself in, whether you’re busy or not.
When’s the last time you sent a pitch while you were busy?
Professional grade vector generation is here
Anything you create in FLORA can be editable as an SVG and broken out into layers for ultimate control
@QuiverAI's latest Arrow 2 model is now on FLORA
Very good video. The same will apply for general design as people are too okay with what AI spits quickly.
In reality most of what it churns out will have very little soul or context initially.
You have to drive the decisions not AI.
Or better yet, just design yourself and use it to speed up the boring parts.
In the future however things change.
I’ll still write, I’ll still draw, I’ll still design my way.
Something the ultra optimisers can’t comprehend.
You can just do things for fun!
That’s why a lot of us design.
BECAUSE ITS FUN!
Don’t forget why you started.
Explore logo concepts as editable SVGs from the very first step.
With Arrow 2.0, every idea starts as a scalable vector, giving you full control to refine and develop your designs without recreating or vectorizing them later.
From early exploration to final design, keep every detail editable.
Elorian’s first model, Glimpse, is built for Visual Thinking. Ask it questions about images and video, and it reasons through what it sees.
How many monkeys can you count?
The part I’m interested in: being able to dig into footage. What changed? Why did that happen? What is the robot doing at each step?
If it can do all that reliably, robotics data labeling changes entirely.
Most teleop footage sits unlabelled because segmenting every step by hand is slow and expensive.
A model that watches the clip and writes the labels itself turns that backlog into training data.
Feels like there’s a lot to build here.

Spent years watching models ace a single image and completely whiff on anything that moves or changes angle. Today we’re fixing that.
Try Glimpse now, our first visual thinking model with competitive frontier performance compared to Astra on key public visual reasoning benchmarks.

Still one of my favourite quotes from, Tyler the Creator.
Just holds so true for how anyone creative should work.
I jumped on a space and talked about this about 7 months ago and they called me a madman. When AI becomes accessible to all, everybody will just be another AI bro. The value of the few human made designs will skyrocket because there is authenticity in art.
I used @Maxon_Cinema4D's new MCP feature (Claude) to build, rig, and animate a 3D helicopter, and then used Seedance 2.5 for the final render.
I have been using C4D for almost 20 years. MCP is a huge deal.
