@RingGo_parking Hi. I purchased a 2hr parking session this afternoon but made a mistake. Instead of finishing at 18:20 I inadvertently set it to start at 18:20. So though I parked and paid for 2hrs the time was wrong. Will this be a problem? If so what should I do?

@OctopusEnergy Just sent you. pM as the we’ve just noticed the meter display showing a draw on the grid when there shouldn’t be anything at all as the battery is taking the load.

@OctopusEnergy 2/2 When it does this the power shown is usually between 5 & 80W when we know the house is only drawing approx 400W all being serviced from the battery. Although the meter was replaced the in-house display wasn’t. Is this an error we can ignore?

@OctopusEnergy 1/2 Hi. I recently had my electricity meter changed for a new one, and now we’ve noticed on quite a few occasions, that our meter in-house display is showing we are drawing from the grid when we shouldn’t be. We have solar and a battery…….
