Well I just had two deals submitted to the SBA for loan #'s get kicked back because one or more borrowers listed on 1919 have current defaults with SBA loans.

Turns out one of them is in forbearance (still considered a default, it seems)

Loan amounts in default? Two loans. $4M each.

@SAOliver_Atty I've never had an issue with a landlord agreeing to subordinate, mainly due to the logic that your line of [hypothetical] questions follow..

Will second Adobe. Also use DropboxSign (formerly HelloSign), which isn't bad. DotLoop is easiest, but geared toward RE. PandaDoc decent, but it's called PandaDoc and sometimes people don't take it seriously for some reason...
