In our newly published brief report in the Proceedings of National Academy of Sciences (PNAS) @PNASNews, "Postdoc Publications and Citations Link to Academic Retention and Faculty Success," we merge data from @MSFTAcademic (MAG) and a large online professional network to study the journey of #CareerSuccess of ~45,000 #postdocs.
