@musiala_134@MercatoBayern Engagement doesn't mean quality nor reliability. Being picky and concise with posts - that's what drives reliability. At least that counts for accounts who want to be seen as a SOURCE of info. If his aim is to be an engagement farmer, then it's a different story.
@alcpost@Plettigoal You really don't need to be a scouting wizard to know that he's a bomb. Kudos to their negotiator. 35 mil euros for him still sounds like a joke, giving today's insane market.
@RisingStarXI@David_Ornstein 30 mil in today's market is such a stretch that makes people re-consider TheAthletic's credibility.
Very brave for a news outlet that built its reputation by being careful with what they post.
How one story can (in a few minutes) ruin your reputation that you've built for years.
@MercatoBayern The club is attractive, because 1) huge salaries and 2) great team and coach.
Because of the poor league, Bayern has to pay mostly premium do get a desired player. 15 players earn more than โฌ10m yearly. 15!!!
Of course our club is desired. ๐
@iMiaSanMia@SamLee@TheAthleticFC People talk this and that... Personally, I'm convinced that Gvardiol would be a fantastic addition.
Is it worth paying premium? I believe it's do-able. If we sold a couple of players and generated let's say half of Gvardiol's fee - it'd be a good job!
@BayernTalks He'd make the current players look weak, just as Olise did when he arrived, made Sane and Coman look like amateurs. So would Gvardiol make Upa, Tah and Kim look.
@SaebenerInsides Thankfully the board isn't dumb as some fans. You don't let a domestic, very useful and reliable player go. He's got a low salary, plays 3 positions, doesn't complain about anything. If you want a similar player you'd pay 40 mil at least nowadays. Keep Stani for 10 years!
