@BurnTheLadders Haven’t heard you talk much about drops before or seen you program then

[Al Widemon @AlWide85]

@SacKenny @spikesonly This is definitely not true. Save your time. If this were the case all world records would be broken in lane 1 and that’s never the case

[Al Widemon @AlWide85]

@ZacGoodman_ Shred mill results

[Al Widemon @AlWide85]

@MinookaStrength @TFConsortium @nhssca_us @MCHS_AO @MCHSDistrict111 Anyway can I get the coaches washed up program? Tried DM but wasn’t able to. Thanks

[Al Widemon @AlWide85]

@CoachAVogel So how do you improve RSI without plyometrics?

[Al Widemon @AlWide85]

@ZacGoodman_ What are you doing to train it effectively?

[Al Widemon @AlWide85]

@Tony_Villani_ @MattGates_XPE Does the broad jump increase move the needle for the 5-10 or 20-10 fly?

[Al Widemon @AlWide85]

@ZacGoodman_ I appreciate your responsiveness. Thank you for your insight.

[Al Widemon @AlWide85]

@ZacGoodman_ Thanks for the insight. Have not seen the same correlation with the RDL?

[Al Widemon @AlWide85]

@ZacGoodman_ What carryover have you seen to top end speed? How did you narrow it to that lift that caused the transference?

[Al Widemon @AlWide85]

@ZacGoodman_ Well said.

[Al Widemon @AlWide85]

@SportsCenter @AdamSchefter He hasn’t won anything. Don’t pay mediocrity

[Al Widemon @AlWide85]

@CoachRock73 The racial undertones of this sickening

[Al Widemon @AlWide85]

@Tony_Villani_ How do I order one?

[Al Widemon @AlWide85]

@Tony_Villani_ Where do I purchase? Do you have a link?

[Al Widemon @AlWide85]

@Tony_Villani_ What’s the cost and when will it be available for purchase?

[Al Widemon @AlWide85]

@ZacGoodman_ What numbers are you looking for? And what drives up the numbers?
