So @CoinDCX locked up my USDT funds but the orders page is empty. When I asked the support staff to give me more information about the order as I was unable to get any myself, they raised a ticket and it's been over 48 hours and there has been no update.
@CoinDCX How is 48 hours not enough for fetching some pre-existing information and sharing with the customer? You already have that information.
Plus I don't even get a reply for 2 days while the email says I will get an update within 48 hours.
Why is my feed filled with tweets from south Delhi, south Bombay crowd? I ain't nothing like them neither do I relate to the existential crisis they're having in their 20s.
@IndiGo6E What's even more disappointing is that the @IndiGo6E staff has to rely on @flightradar24, a third party service to update to the passengers for the flight status. They don't even have an internal system for their own staff to get the status of their flights.
Worst air travel experience I've had. @IndiGo6E flight 6E 2286, is delayed for more than 4 hours from its scheduled time & every time I ask the ground staff for updates I get the same vague answer that the flight is delayed from its origin and no other details or tentative time.
