spent $20 at this location, I had asked for complementary water, as I do when I order at chipotle. I was denied! Had to ask for it from a manager, and she told me to make sure I get water! Terrible!

Why does it take 2 phone calls & 48 hours to talk with a supervisor!!!!! I was told to wait no one called me back, the call centre states it’s internal policy not to transfer or for customers to talk with a supervisor!!!!
