I’m a physician, seven months into working out consistently. I used @OpenAI’s GPT-6 Astra to create a real-time feedback system on which muscles were likely working (lengthening and shortening) as I did a unweighted bicep curl, based on joint movement and anatomy - using @ashebytes’ Human Atlas as the source of reference.
It tracked the opposing actions of the biceps and triceps and picked up subtle forearm rotation, including supination and pronation, despite poor lighting. There were errors, but it picked up more detail than I expected.
I could see myself using this to explain anatomy, movement, and sprains and strains to patients in real time.
I think this will help trainers, physiotherapists, and everyday lifters spot load imbalances, improve form, and eventually assess injury risk.
Today’s goal: finish the movement modelling and extend it across the whole body using Astra.
@WHOOP Just created a ticket. You guys have been charging me for 2 years without my knowing. I cancelled my membership in 2023! Please refund me, this is unacceptable.
@garrytan Totally agree, even the early feedback from @scribeberryai's over 2,100 users aligns with what you're saying. Doctors keep telling us that they have more free time to spend with their patients. Many even see more patients per day!

@nntaleb Asymmetry exists on both sides. Volatility with USD occurs today with asset price inflation (including Bitcoin).
In other words, I get less (stuff) with each dollar. So which is really more volatile?
