@BiotechAnalysst@WFranzelin Normally on first patient dosed a PR is done. This didn't happen, so guess $SGMO $SGMOQ didn't dose in Nav1.7 ST-503 yet...
@EnterprisingInv@Crowhurst68@Soeren_Berlin On the socialist remark: π€¦ββοΈ Explains a lot.
Thanks for sharing your experiences there. Your view on the current valuation and what do you think about ST-503? Other thoughts you have?
Listened to the PTC call. Two days of auction for Fabry, lot of interest, quite some competition. Expansion to children is considered. Ex US is motivating business plan. Long term follow up to get full FDA approval.
$SGMO
@RNAiAnalyst@wkissel Did you dig into it Dirk?
I'm unfortunately on holiday and the children don't let me time to dig.
I would have to feed all documents to AI to try to get the grasp of it.
The latest operating report p22 is the start point, latest 10Q as well I would say.
Also the France sub.
@RNAiAnalyst@wkissel Dirk:
I checked: that intercompany doesnt get erased IMHO.
Its a loan from US to France, not the other way around!
They kept France open because there is a 12.5M R&D French tax credit. 4.7M of those come in cash in October 2026. The rest probably is hard to recover
@kaysaaa81@BiotechAnalysst@BioMarin Yeah, someone else just kindly reminded me that the PVT is worth about 200M, so PTCT gets the asset for free!! (In theory 4 months delay, thats worth 200M for a bigger company I guess)
@biopharmacaster I checked it with AI but left the most important prompt out: does it apply here?
No, Sangamo's treatment for Fabry is for adults not children.
@GeneInvesting Yeah there you're probably right as well.
Though Dirk pushes that number up with 20M shares at 3-6 cents with basically a single trade over a few days. Thats my north star β¨.
@biopharmacaster I dont get your logic.
They want to make money on their investment.
Being fast is part of it. Selling the PRV on the open market would bring 200M but slows things down from 6 to 10 months.
@ZinselmeyerB@FranzelinW Quick check shows at least 52M were pre funded, so won't being cash (I ignore the 0.01 or so per warrant exercised). Didn't check the others, could also be pre funded.
