@P_A_Keane_ @jsscpnnck Yes!Finally. Arrived early evening Jan 1 after a roller coaster of planning. Airport sat on them for a few days, then wouldn’t release them to trusted driver and told us to pick them up. Then called back saying they would deliver. AT never helped but glad now

@airtransat your baggage dept is closed on weekends. I need immediate help from bag dept. now I am 2+ more days without my baggage. Already on day 7 without bags. This is now in your control. You’re not doing anything to send my bags today. They’re in VRA now

They are in vra. but it’s a holiday and your baggage office closes on weekends. I’d like some help. Can I send a txi?

@airtransat day 6 no bags, they arived wed but airport didn’t get in contact and won’t answer phone. Now weekend and nye. I’m too far to get them 4 hrs 1 way. Your bag dept closed til Mon. Plz help. I was understanding but now it’s on you to help. Not acptabl

@airtransat any more info about my bags from ts558 dec 24 vra from Yyz? Day 5 no luggages and no info from you. We’re told 5 arrived but won’t be sent until other 3 come. We’re 4 hrs away so can’t come get them. When are the other 3 coming?

@airtransat A 6 hour window? Calls from Cuba cost $1/minute. I can’t wait on hold for hours. We need a better way to get information. VRA is overwhelmed by the mess at @TorontoPearson they can’t answer the phone.

I am okay waiting one or two days so they can send them all at once but if they don’t arrive tmrw they need to send them as my house is awaiting repairs with items in the bags. NYE is a big holiday. Will they drive then? @airtransat

Didn’t want to send the 5 since we are 4 hours away. Hoping to get ahold of airport today or tomorrow for more info. AT hasn’t given much info.
