@LoriMLee One hundred percent. Especially after I have a anxiety attack or after having an anxious day. I’m on medication now, which seems to help, but normally I just succumb to the nap or drink coffee. This year has been hard.

I'm GRATEFUL that Biden won. I'm RELIEVED. And my COVID scare turned out negative. But this week has been one of the most stressful this year. I'm so behind & haven't written in days. I could try to catch up, or I can bow out gracefully & accept it wasn't in me. I'm taking the L.
