It's been a week, since I raised concern, still not an inch of action is made. This developer starts the machine runs till 2 am, not following construction working in residential area rules, noise is around 80 Db that too in winter night.

Need to toggle airplane mode to enable it, but 4G+ works for less than minute then turn into 4G.
