@Ryanair on Ibiza to stanstead flight yesterday at 4pm. Had to collect my bag at Stanstead for connection to Edinburgh. My zip and padlock were removed - you can see with force… who can I raise this with as suitcase now broken?! Asked customer care and they didn’t help.

@RoyalMailHelp thanks for delivering my brother’s 50th birthday card - minus the card. It was taped into the envelope by my 4 year old as she wanted to decorate it. Someone in the sorting centre must have thought there was something valuable taped inside and removed the card. 😢

@BBCScotlandNews @AmySineadphotos My wife had an awful experience with Edinburgh Royal Infirmary last month, to the point where we are raising a formal complaint. Their incompetence, while she was in labour, put her in danger.

Equally, I can’t praise the staff at St John’s, Livingston maternity dept enough.

@NickGillen89 @BBCScotlandNews @AmySineadphotos Staff shortages in recovery unit as well meant little care there too. My whole experience was awful as a first time mum and something I’ll never forget. They need to do better so families don’t suffer in the future. People in hospital are vulnerable and deserve the right care.

At my debrief, I was told by consultant it was a busy day which can’t be helped - after ‘planned’ induction I was left for two days after waters broke no room in labour ward and many mistakes followed because of lack of staff and care
