@CostaCoffee your iced coffee takeaway cups are poorly designed, they're loaded to the brim so possibly too small for the amount of coffee and the coffee gets trapped in the lid and then leaks down the sides with movement. Please redesign or take inspo from @StarbucksUK

@AdobeCare I am trying to cancel an Adobe trial and cannot do this "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly". Seems like very cheap tactics to get people to forget about trials.

@Cigna Your members portal is terrible 80% of the time you can't login, when you eventually get in you can't submit a claim, your upload a claim button doesn't work (using Chrome), hire some proper devs and sort it out.
