@bankofmaldives if you think you can torture me because I called you out on your incompetence on social media you’re in for a treat. You just charged me 51 dollars on my credit card as “monthly charges” when the card was FULLY PAID. Meaning NOTHING WAS PENDING. Explain?
@bankofmaldives refund my money back immediately. You charged me for debit card issuance fees thrice over your own mistake of spelling my name wrong. It has been MONTHS.
@bankofmaldives here is your feedback: you have solved nothing and closed the case. You charged me card replacement fees thrice for getting my name wrong on my debit cards when you have my updated KYC and NID details on file and made me wait months without a refund.
What does this mean? Card has been delivered three times yes, after I waited over a month because your embossing machine wasn’t working and you failed to inform me of that. My concern is you spelt my name wrong thrice and charged me card replacement fees over your own mistake!
