@socialepfo The grievances are being "disposed off" without any confirmation or input from me. I raised grievance, was disposed off in that manner. Escalated it and even that was disposed off in the same manner!! Now who do I go to for next level escalation?

@socialepfo Trying to update bank a/c KYC. It's showing under "KYC Pending for Approval" tab on EPFO portal when I login. But employer is saying they haven't received the update request.

Does it go to employer after some delay? How do I get t checked what could be the issue?

Hey @lkeshre. The strange things Groww says like custom domain based email being unsafe.

You do realise it's almost 2025 and the world has been supporting those for a very long time, don't you?

@groww_cs @_groww @lkeshre There are companies like @ProtonMail @mailbox_org @Fastmail @zoho @TutaPrivacy &c offering custom domain email. I believe we should support custom domain emails (for data ownership, privacy and safety) and not go against it or limit consumer choices because of it.

Because I can't own/sell/transfer it; it isn't in demat a/c - but on @cartainc under an email address.
