Never using @bookingcom again. They let me book a hotel and had a glitch on their side which left me out of pocket and no hotel room (never got confirmation or ref). Their customer service was useless, I had to claim my money back via my bank and they have now disputed my claims.

@faithcathmary Would personally prefer they paid their staff better though. As an events professional it's just expected we take it on for the prestige and often get paid peanuts for our time when we can be there for weeks, or sometimes even months.
