Oh and Thai people should know that Israel recently increased its global public diplomacy budget to $726 million in 2026. A massive increase from $150 million from last year. See when you’re a state facing global condemnation for its military actions against Palestine you need a lot of money to manage your image.

That is rather different from building an entire regional security architecture around permanent overseas military presence and calling dependency “sovereignty.”
