Yet again, @getqonto fails at its core functionalities. I've spent a total of ~ 40 hours with your support team in the last 12 months. And ta-da, another issue. I don't vent publicly, but this is beyond ridiculous. The worst user experience I've ever had with any service.

@getqonto @bookingcom The response is fast - but 10 HOURS of chatting without a fix? I've been dealing with this issue for weeks and jumped through every hoop (see logs) - and now in PEAK SEASON, we're not able to pay for Google ads with a Qonto card. And still hear random reasons like wrong CVV.
