Paras Buildtech believe in dictating terms and not discussion. Increased CAM of Paras Seasons notably without even discussing with residents. Even after repeated request builder not ready to revoke & discuss & follow process. “Say No” to such builder’s projects.

It should have been discussed in monthly meetings (last held on 2 July'23) by sharing audited financial reports with residents.
#ParasSeasons is also levying different charges from time to time
