What about lives, careers, reputation of men that are destroyed in the guise of fake Sect. 498A, DV Act, etc. Join SIF Jharkhand in fight against abusive gender biased laws like Sec 498A, Dowry Act. All India Men's help line No.8882-498-498. @JharkhandPolice @SIFJharkhand

Marital rape means you're putting 100% married men in a situation where they can't even argue with their wives deny anything to them or any single dispute b/w them can cause for their lifetime imprisonment or severe punishments of Rape and social defamation @RanchiSif @PMOIndia

Don't Marry in Jharkhand:
1) Extortion by filing false dowry cases rising each day
2) Police is False 498A friendly. Files case without any evidence
3) Bail is by default rejected by lower courts

Section 498A meant to empower women serve as weapons that perpetuate large scale human rights abuse against men, women & children. Irony is,laws designed to protect some women (read wives) often bring suffering to other women(read mothers and sisters). @KirenRijiju @RanchiSif

@PrahaladPrasa13 @JharkhandCMO @JharkhandPolice @dgpjh @chatrapolice @DCChatra @RanchiSif @sifchandigarh @vaastavngo Jharkhand police is most uneducated and lives in stone age. I heard policeman saying to a an adult guy tum kis rishte se apni gf ke sath rehte ho. Both girl and boy are adult. I won't be surprised if the entire police wouldn't have heard of Arensh vs State of bihar judgement.

Execution of PILs and successes were documented since early 2000s. Because of @realsiff efforts there is no automatic arrests in #498A today.

#MarriageStrike is another effort to stop the menace!
