I missed my flight along with my 5 family members along with 1 infant despite being at the airport 35 minutes before the departure.we were forced to take the next flight.Thanks to the unprofessional and hostile staff at goa airport..failed to understanf just why???

@IndiGo6E Contrary to this my next flight was to depart at 6.05 pm but the boarding was still happening till 6.15 pm.....flight took off at 6.30 pm.which means we shud tolerate ur delays but u will not..a single deviation wud not have cost u millions but it did cost me dearly.
