@makemytrip we had recently booked one hotel thru makemytrip and done full payment for that booing. But hotel charged additionally 9200 rs for 3 guests for gala dinner which we did not opt and not want to take it. But this was forced by them. I already informed you thru message

@drmljn @drmsbc @RailwaySeva Its a very late response. But kindly improvise your 139 service platform. Your customer care staff was unable to identify exact timings and route of delayed train. They were giving information which was not clear and accurate at per give time.
