It is frustrating to deal with ur Cust support for a simple demand of credit shell. The ref number of this support request is 70818636. I would request @DGCAIndia to take note of the poor customer support extended by @AirAsiaIndian 3/3
@deepkalra It’s 2 days since I contacted @makemytrip for cancellation of my @IndiGo6E bookings - travel dates 1st and 8th April (ref: PNR RCFMKB, TE4J6Y, BM52GN, XCG78B), to get full reservation credit. MMT app/portal not updated for self-serve. Need URGENT resolution. Pls help.
2/2 MMT’s customer care is not answering calls and redirecting all issues to be handled over their app. If the app is not updated to handle cancellations with reservation credit against full booking amount, what is the resolution? @IndiGo6E customer care also not responding.
